asian art expert on west coast?

Hello,

Could anyone recommend an expert in Asian art in the Pacific Northwest? Four
years ago I inherited a house full of antiques. Yesterday a dealer came to
look at some and saw a painting I own and offered $5,000. It's Chinese,
watercolor on silk, about 200 years old (or so I was told by my mother) about 4
feet by 3 feet, green, gray, black and peach colors of fog and mountains.
There are 3 red stamps on it and 2 black Chinese characters. I would like an
evaluation before I decide to sell and would, of course, be willing to pay for
an appraisal.
