Here is a new color wheel, unlike the standard RGB color wheel that
goes from each hue to black, white or gray. This new RGB based color
wheel matches pigments natural transition to dark.

Here are some examples;

QUARTZ plus IRON equals the CITRINE Crystal. Citrine is a crystal
ranging from yellow to orange, centering to dark through brown. Iron
also gives black [deep-red] to Onyx, and red and orange in Fire Agate.

The dark I use for yellow in my "REAL COLOR WHEEL" are the colors that
Iron renders. ie. The medium browns of the allochromatic Citrine
Crystal and the dark brown and black of the Onyx Crystal. This RCW
yellow hue darkens to brown before it changes to black and the black
is red based.

In the standard RGB color wheel black is green based and is of very
little use to a pigment or light painting artist accurately painting
nature.

Titanium- White pigment, titanium dioxide. Titanium is a centering
element that goes from Yellow to Orange, than Red to Brown and Brown
to Blue in the Idiochromatic RUTILE crystal. It is the only element
that can cross over the center dark, reaching it's complementary color
Ultramarine Blue. The Real Color Wheel uses this pattern to darken
Yellow instead of using Black as in standrd RGB color wheel.

The ANATASE Crystal, idiochromatic with TITANIUM is also yellow to
yellow-brown and red to red-brown.

The CHRYSOBERLE Crystal combines BERYLLIUM and ALUMINUM to make a
standard yellow centering to dark brown crystal.

SPHALERITE Crystal, the ore of zinc. Add IRON, Idiochromatic, and get
colors from, yellow, tan, brown, black, orange and red. This crystal
has high dispersion showing the spectrum like a diamond.

PYROMORPHITE, Pb5[P04]3Cl, H3.5-4, SG-6.5, hexagonal system.
LEAD, cool yellow to bright yellow. LEAD MAKES TWO OPPOSITE CRYSTAL
COLORS, BLUE AND YELLOW, NATURAL PROOF OF MY PIGMENT MATCHING COLOR
WHEEL.
