Belnia monitor and set-top box

I have a Belnea or Belinea (depending o your eyesight/available character
set) 1925 wide-screen monitor with SVGA/subD type input and a (French) STB
with a SCART output.

What sort of lead would I need, if it's possible, to display the output?

Yes, SCART to VGA, but which one might work?

Does anyone have any experience of doing this before I waste money trying?

It would be nice to have a second TV using these already-available bits!
