No, but I did investigate there "deals" some time ago.

I think you will find that to get a sky deal you need to agree to a
minimum of 12 months eg see the latest deals at:

A verbal or "internet" agreement doesn't need a signature to be legal.

The fact that she has a payment mandate set up shows that she agreed to
the deal.

I'm sorry that I cannot give any better news but unless you can plead with
Sky and get them to relent she will be liable for the full 12 months.
I would advise not to just cancel the mandate as this is breaking the
contract and could land her with further worry and debt eg if Sky transfer
the debt to a debt collector. Contact Sky first.
