Does anyone have a copy of a land hunting lease?

Hello all,

My brother-in-law did some wheeling and dealing and found 30 acres for us
to hunt. The land owner is willing to sign a lease aggreement giving us
exclusive rights to hunt for one calendar year. Does anyone have a basic
pre-drawn contract that would grant hunting rights and protect the land
owner from liability?
