Welp, Ima digging thru boxes full of stuffs from the old home place and ran across this old wall thermometer from Edwards Bros. Innernet searching is coming up with furniture companies butt... nothing for grain milling.

If any bidy nose any thang about the compny, pleez raze yore hand.

I have seen a grain mill just east of McDonalds, on the left, as I drove eastward from Ruth towards Spindale but can't remember the name of it. It may be Yelton's but not sure. Next time I'm there ...

We are big fans of Yelton's grits (Lakeside Mill, Rutherford County, NC) here. I fancy them up with diced onion, cheese, garlic, hot peppers, and broccoli, which I add during the 5 minutes the grits simmer in water.

These are not quick grits. We don't allow such a perwersion of sacred nutrients here.
