Our church is sponsoring a memorial service on 9-11, and asked us to
invite our neighbors, and friends to the service. We had little
invitation cards done up, with the date, and directions to our church.
It seems to me that most people will want to connect with each other
on that day, and will probably appreciate the invite.
I can't think of a better time or place to hand out these invitations
than at lunch on Tuesday, in front of the covered up 10 Commandments
plaque of the Chester County courthouse.
