" But Esaias is very bold, and saith, I was found of them that sought Me not; I was made manifest
unto them that asked not after Me. " Ro.10:20
the man made gospel's of salvation are spotted a mile away. every one of them will place some sort
of condition to be filled first by the individual in order for him to become saved. " saved, " in
the Bible means to be " rescued... rescued from the penalty of ones sins, " which is death eternal,
Ro.6:23a.
filling some condition or conditions in order to become saved is applicable only for the smart. in
this we see that all of the denominations placing conditions to be filled make salvation obtainable
for the smart, only.
such it is, for example, with those who claim that water baptism is necessary to salvation that
without being water baptized, one will perish eternally. this is a man made idea, along with all
other man made idea's as to what are preconditions and what are not. God's own Word, the Bible,
does not place preconditions of any kind on the person whom God has elected to save. we know this
for certain simply because God tells us He did the electing to salvation before He created the
universe, Eph.1:3-14... eon's before the elect were ever born... it is impossible for anyone to
" accept Jesus as his Lord " simply because that person wasn't even born.
if water baptism was necessary to salvation, then Noah, Abraham, Moses and the rest of the OT elect
have perished. we are certain that there is but " one faith, Eph.4:5, spanning the time from
Creation until now since there is but " one baptism " which raises a person out of death and into
life which is done by God and God alone. the baptism by the Spirit of God is distinctly different
than the baptism by water performed by man, Mt.3:11. done by God, such causes life... born from
above. the other is mere ceremony illustrating an otherwise unseen event referred to in the Bible
as " circumcision without hands, Col.2:11 when God does the saving.
nonetheless, we find in the Bible at least these four prophets of the OT elected to life while they
were yet fetuses. these are, Jacob, David, Jeremiah and John the Baptist. likely Moses as well.
( a fetus with manufacturing faith in God ? faith is a work of the Law, 1 Thes.1:11 as is trust,
Ps.37:3. how does a fetus study the Law in order to have salvation by his good work of choosing
Jesus ? only smart people can do that ! )
this being the case, we know there is no such thing as filling conditions in order to become saved.
as we read, " Salvation belongeth unto the LORD: thy blessing is upon thy people. Selah. " Ps.3:8
all of the doing and the thanksgiving for being granted forgiveness of sins unto life goes to God.
" Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy
courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple. " Ps.65:4. no
partiality is being shown to the wise nor to the dumb nor to the grown nor to the fetus. God does
all of the saving and gets all of the glory.
faith is not a precondition to salvation. faith is the evidence of salvation, Heb.11. initiation
into a denomination by water baptism or a verbal profession of whatever sort is not a show of faith
nor a confession of faith. that being the case, salvation is for the smart, only, and passages
which declare in no uncertain terms that God is impartial would needs be stricken from Holy
Scripture.
God has said it in the plainest of terms... faith follows the giving of life, Acts 13:48; Jn.3:3
and Eph.2:5 for example. Romans 6 speaks to this in detail.
the redeemed therefore preach an entirely different gospel than the unredeemed. the redeemed preach
out of the whole Bible defining the terms found therein by God's own definitions, found therein.
the unredeemed, on the other hand, if they use the Bible at all, will only use it to troll out
certain passages taking them out of the context of the whole Bible so that the end result is part
truth and part denominational traditions.
it will always be that the unredeemed can not agree with God who declares in His Word, the Bible,
that sin in man leaves him spiritually dead, Eph.2:1-3, completely helpess in and of himself to
change his dead relationship with the Living God. man's only remedy for his state of being dead in
sin lies outside of himself. he must be born all over again but by the hand of God... born from
above first, Jn.3:3, or he'll remain alienated to all the promises of God, Eph.2:12.
we must always remember one of most basic tenants of salvation... that Christ came to seek and to
save, Lk.19:10... that man is dead in sin and can not respond to the Living God in this state of
being lest salvation is for the smart, only.
as He says... " But by His doing you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, and
righteousness and sanctification, and redemption, so that, just as it is written, "LET HIM WHO
BOASTS, BOAST IN THE LORD." 1 Cor.1:30,31.
