Where are the CPPFLAG preload set in configuring httpd-4.2.x for OS X
(Darwin 10.6.8)?

Here is the problem: I have a shiny new gcc-4.7.0 that works for
everything except Apache. It stalls at the configuration stage because
the Apache configuration insists on adding "--no-cpp-precomp" to the the
CPP flags and the new gcc uses that as an excuse to error out. This flag
is an ancient one that's not even used anymore apparently, and older
versions of gcc just ignored it; the new gcc doesn't.

Driving me nuts; I don't know where to look.
