in the docs they write
you need
Options +Indexes
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/mod/mod_autoindex.html
and Overwrite none will disable it.

so I comment the overwrite section out - but it is not working.
You need Options +Indexes in the .htaccess file?
