Error : child pid [PID] exit signal Bus error (10)

I an running apache Apache/2.2.11 on Solaris Platform

OS details:
SunOS blrmimsweb1 5.10 Generic_139555-08 sun4v sparc SUNW,SPARC-
Enterprise-T5120

Apache version:
Server version: Apache/2.2.11 (Unix)

Once after starting apache it will run for 1day, next day it will
show me below error message in apache logs and after couple of day
httpd services will be stopped automatically.
Error Mesage:
[notice] child pid 7042 exit signal Bus error (10)

I have configured apache with SSL certificate, could some one help
me in solving this problem.I am still confused weather it is OS
problem or Apache problem.
