Signed up for the service beginning of November this year 2007 cancelled the
very next day. I was told the phone adapeter was shipped out already & i
had to refuse it when delivered to my home. Once received back & logged
back in their system i'd was to be granted a full refund including the
shipping costs. Well they received the unit back on Nov 14th. Today is the
30th & after endless phone calls to a billing department that doesn't exist
i get the same response its being reviewed. I have a fedex tracking number
confirming the device was returned back on Nov 6th. Here's a few names of
the people i already dealt with Angie, Jovonnie, Louis & Hamlet. This is my
third VOIP company that i've tried. A bunch of scams artists. Sunrocket
took me for 3months of service closed their doors on an annual agreement
with me. I paid up front. Teleblend kept charging me without proper
authorization. There i had to cancel my credit card. Now Joiphone holding
on to my sixty-four dollars in startup costs. Never actually had their
service up & running. BEWARE PEOPLE VOIP MAY BE CHEAPER BUT YOU GET WHAT
YOU PAY FOR.
