Popeye DVD volume 4 in color? Will it ever happen?

Search as one might on the Web, there is no mention of Warner Home
Video releasing a fourth volume of Popeye cartoons--you know, the ones
in color produced by Famous Studios from 1943 onward.
Will it ever happen? Is it even being considered?
Yes, I know all about the various PD collections. But I'm hoping for a
quality DVD release of these
cartoons, even though they're generally not up to the standard of the
B&Ws.
