This is the last call to submit your pet's name to the Chance's Spot
Honoring the Animals Memorial Program Book. The deadline for submissions has
been extended until midnight this Sunday, August 21st, so please hurry.

Our full-color memorial program book is mailed to you no matter where you
live. It makes a wonderful keepsake and helps Chance's Spot continue to
provide assistance to others at their time of pet loss and grief. If you
would like to support Chance's Spot and add your pet's name to the Honoring
the Animals 2011 Memorial Program Book or for more information, visit:
