EEK. There are all these strange fibers, gray and white and
brown and black, growing out of my skin! All over my body, but
most noticeably from my head and face and groin! When I shave
them off or pluck them out they start growing back only hours
later! What is the cause of this mysterious affliction? Is it
nanotechnology from beyond the stars?

According to my doctor, the technical name for this is "Morgellon's
Disgellease". He gave me a lifetime prescription for "the patch" at
the crafts store. Today I'm treating myself with a unicorn and a
rainbow.

Based on my own recent experience, I don't know how other men can stand
to grow full beards: my neck itched like mad for 3 or 4 days and kept
itching worse all the time till I shaved. I washed my neck very well, of
course, so it wasn't trapped sweat, and I know it wasn't bugs because I
looked. It was just that the hair growing from my skin felt too much
like something growning *on* me. Nowhere else does my hair give me that
feeling, my nose and ears surprise me with their unnoticed hirsutism.
Ain't this fascinating? I told you my life is dull.
