Special Needs Adoption Tax Credit 
  My wife and I were very lucky to have adopted a beautiful baby girl in 2012. Because our gross combined income exceeds the limit we would only qualify for a small portion of the adoption tax credit. Since our daughter qualified under the special needs designation does the income limit still apply or should we get the full tax credit?... more »
