        All the worlds' a stage and all the men and womyn but players. My
fellow thespians our play is chosen. The prophets and wise men have
spoken, the meek have been promised, WE have the high moral ground. It
is time to act out "This land is your land This land is my land", "The
meek shall inherit the Earth", and "WE ARE THE WORLD".
        GLOBAL VILLAGE RATIONAL is an essay (an Internet surfing
adventure) to encourage and help organize our emancipation as citizens
of the Universe ie. the right to be here generation taking their
inheritance out of probate.
        The electronic global village town meeting is an event waiting
for a few billion interested parties.  Liberty, equality, fraternity
by popular demand ie. mandate by brain morph. If WE all vote together
at the same time WE can make TIME(WE are the ones on the treadmill)
stand still while WE reorient priorities _Global general strike
        In the mean time, TIME is on our side if WE chose to use it _
there goes that freedom of choice thing the reactionaries are so
afraid of. Lets put OUR synapses together and design a conflict free
life support system ala Waltons that five billion or so citizens can
call a birthright

no less than the trees and the stars

and send the reactionaries to Elba.
        Many of you have dropped out in disgust to avoid complicity with
genocidal usury _ a silent majority of conscientious objectors.
Interested in "switching on" ? You have been promoted to heir
apparent prophetically speaking. See how far you got on faith alone,
just free will, doing what came naturally, following the golden rule,
and watching the Waltons. You are the collective consciousness, silent
majority, the virtual village reality in formation.  The two thirds
