You know what?  He never said "I intend to close Guantanamo".  He said he
would "introduce legislation" that will result in the closure of Guantanamo
and then "I intend to close Guantanamo, and I will follow through on that".
Guess what?  He did introduce legislation.    A lot of good that did.  And
he knew it would do no good so he did what he said he would do.

What a coward Obama is.
