There is no legal precedent by which any nation or authority can declare the
acts of another sovereign nation as "illegal." "Illegal" acts must be directed
against particular humans, rather than nations. International law is meaningless
as applied to sovereign nations. That is why Slobodan Miloševic was arrested

UN to 'state illegal acts' requires that the UN Security Council sit, and
that the Resolution which is promulgated after such a session, be in
accordance with Chapter VII of its Charter. So far, every single
Resolution which has 'condemned' Israel has been Chapter VI. Chapter VI
Resolutions are 'advisory', and as such can neither be construed as
'binding international law', nor constitute an indictable offence in the
case of non-compliance.
Put simply for illiterate, wannabe Nazis like you, there has never been a
single UN Resolution which has been i) binding and ii) against Israel.
