Take the issue of the plain-cloths police officer who pulled his gun
after having his vehicle hit with a snowball.
Earl immediately saw a member of an “oppressive” police force
threatening to shoot someone who merely threw a handmade mass of snow
pressed into ball and figured it was only kids have a little fun.
Earl, all I can say is that if there were a hundred and forty three
more of you, you would not be mere ignorance, you would be Gross
Ignorance.
If we had snow in Florida, this would apply to snowballs. Here is
Florida it refers to rocks, stones, cinder blocks, bricks, water
ballons or anything else that can be thrown.
790.19 Shooting into or throwing deadly missiles into dwellings,
public or private buildings, occupied or not occupied; vessels,
aircraft, buses, railroad cars, streetcars, or other vehicles.--
Whoever, wantonly or maliciously, shoots at, within, or into, or
throws any missile or hurls or projects a stone or other hard
substance which would produce death or great bodily harm, at, within,
or in any public or private building, occupied or unoccupied, or
public or private bus or any train, locomotive, railway car, caboose,
cable railway car, street railway car, monorail car, or vehicle of any
kind which is being used or occupied by any person, or any boat,
vessel, ship, or barge lying in or plying the waters of this state, or
aircraft flying through the airspace of this state shall be guilty of
a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082,
s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.

I thought the rule was that you don't draw your weapon unless
you are prepared to use it.
You are, after all, an apologist for violence, including the
death penalty. I am not.
I thought you were??
Oh wait, that must've been one of your impersonators again....lol.
He was justified based on the way the law was written.

Who justified him? Just gun nuts like you. `
His superior said
""Let me be very clear in stating that I believe the actions of the officer
were totally inappropriate!"
I already said the police unions back their on and the more recent news
is that my prediction was (as usual) right/

If his fellow officers had a vote, he'd get 100% support.
It is like the Diallo police assassins whom you supported too.
Have you ever been hit in the face by a snow ball? I hear they can
be used to stop French trains.

Have you ever been hit in the face by a dried squid?
What law is that?
> Have you ever been hit in the face by a snow ball?
Often as a kid. And I never drew my gun.
