"Three months after releasing disappointing results from its Vytorin
ENHANCE
study, Schering Plough and Merck are once again scrambling to delay
disclosure of yet another unfavorable Vytorin trial result--this study
is
named "IMPROVE-IT."

THIS Is a very incorrect statement considering the Improve-It study is
not over yet!
The paptient population is 18,000 patients and it has only reached
just over 11,000 patients!
The sponsor is not "scrambling" to disclose anything about this study
as the study has yet to conclude!

PLEASE check ALL of your facts and not just those you decide to cherry-
pick to slant your article. Stop being lazy, do the math, ask the
questions and do your research!!

He didn't say they were scrambling to disclose. He said they were
scrambling to delay disclosure, you know,... to cover up.
