Shooter of Abortion Practitioner George Tiller to Rely on Justifiable
Homicide
by Steven Ertelt
LifeNews.com Editor
November 10, 2009
Wichita, KS (LifeNews.com) -- The man who stands accused of shooting and
killing late-term abortion practitioner George Tiller plans to rely on a
justifiable homicide defense in court. Scott Roeder told The Associated
Press in a 30-minute phone interview that he was motivated to kill Tiller
because he does abortions.
In the interview, Roeder admits to killing Tiller and plans to use the
defense even though courts have traditionally rejected it.
"Defending innocent life - that is what prompted me. It is pretty simple,"
the 51-yea-old former militia activists not affiliated with any pro-life
groups, told AP.
Roeder also indicated he would kill another abortion practitioner if he is
ever released from prison.
"[E]ven if one changed her mind it would be worth it," he told AP from jail.
"No, I don't have any regrets."

Unless they are not yet born
And yet, you've already tried and condemned Dr. Tiller solely because
he performed abortions.
Hypocrite.
PDW
No.
PDW
solely because he murdered people. yeah -- why not?
Then you've already lost.
PDW
You condemned him on false evidence, asshole- He did not kill anyone.
PDW
He murdered a man in cold blood in front of dozens of witnessess.
But I am not at all surprised to see you nazi turds try to excuse his
actions.

Killing the bad to protect the innocent. Sounds OK to me.
Just like a catholic, supporting murderers, thieves, and pedophiles.
Too bad, so sad, that assertion has already been
demolished.

It was nothing less than cold-blooded murder.

What's to jump?
He admits to it, and proudly.

Which, given his ludricous defense strategy, will be the final verdict.
Let's hope he puts on a good show.

Enjoy the ride, Roeder!

And they are NOT. He's thoroughly screwed.
It's a load of nonsense. Real crackpot biology stuff.
It ignores the difference between meiosis, mitosis and syngamy.
It was defending the lives of the innocent.
Compassionate abortion provider? An oxymoron.
Taking the law into your own hands is the Ameerican way. That's what
your American Revolution was, after all.
Remind me again. How was that?
The proof is in my new thread "It's very simply really"
No, that's what outlaws and vigilantes do.
And, when apprehended, they pay the price.

It was cold blooded, premeditated murder. Hopefully this guy will
never see the light of day again.
No, they were fetuses, living in someone else's body, that someone no
longer wanted them there.
Now, back to the topic.
...and since you're an Australian asshole, the Supremes won't waste an

You have no say in the decisions of the Supreme Court, brat.
The proof was in the bottle you drank while typing your slumgullion.
That's the decision of the pregnant woman...and a solid majority of them
choose to give birth. (From the CDC numbers for 2005, the last year before
that with fewer abortions in this country was likely before a lot of you
were born: 1974, which had 763,476 compared to 2005's 820,151. (In 1990,
they peaked at 1,429,279, and in the following years, the annual numbers have
decreased except in two years: 1989 and 1996.) You might as well get used
to it.
Maybe some day, you'll extricate your head from your ass and figure out
personhood largely arrives at birth, in the legal aspect. (I won't expect
that from you at all. You're that stupid.)
I'm good. You're bad.
Too bad this country refuses to use your invalid legal fantasy.
Fetuses are people. See my thread "It's very simple really"
Abortion doesn't just eject unwanted guests. It rips them limb from limb.
You just go to sleep to avoid inconvenient truths?
> Keep tilting at windmills, x=0.
> Your willingness to expose your peculier sort of nuttiness is nothing
> but instructive.
Keep taunting me, it has no effect.
You have already confirmed that in this particular issue, your assertions
can reliably be regarded to be fact-free. (Take the credit for that, as you
earned it.)
...and since you're anything but reticent as to who you deem to be bad, it's
just as well you'll never be allowed out of your country.
What's legal about the fantasy?

Yet you're compelled to return for more.
Funny how that works with addled nutcases such as yourself.
Otoh, it amuses me to annoy and expose kooks.
That's what counts, isn't it?
In any event, watch and learn as the court deals with the "justifiable
homicide" farce.
Person is an ambiguous concept.
If it means being recognised at law with rights, yes, it begins at birth
for natural persons
If it means the singular of "people", a fetus is a person because:
people are organisms
hence they arise when organisms arise
those organisms arise when syngamy is complete
hence people arise when syngamy is complete
hence the zygote, embryo, fetus are people
hence each zygote embryo fetus is a person
You are using word games to disguise the fact the abortion is homicide,
and almost always unjustifiable homicide.
So? You've already branded yourself as a moron and asshole. The rest of us
get to watch.
The war on abortion will go on until it stops. You get used to it.
I don't consume alcohol, kid. I learnt that lesson a couple of decades and
change ago.

Quite the OPPOSITE. **ALL** competent and qualified

Perhaps when he gets out of prison. He has no legal basis for
challenging Roe v. Wade at the current time since such matters are not
decided in criminal court.
That's your opinion, and irrelevant to the topic of murder. Fetuses
are not considered "persons" under the law, nor recognized as citizens
protected under the Constitution.
The term "person" or "persons" is not a legal ambiquity, it has a
specific meaning under the law.
> If it means the singular of "people", a fetus is a person
Not under current law.
No matter how many times you repeat that lie, it's still a lie,
asshole.

You're a sleazy crackhead who wants your way, the consequences be damned.
You won't be served in this country. I'll bet your life on it. (That
doesn't mean you'll be executed. Dead assholes like you still can't absorb
knowledge.)
You'll never get here to find out, for obvious reasons.
You damned sure are far too bad, indeed.
> What's legal about the fantasy?
He was a doctor attending to his patients, who sought his services. (IMO,
if you think he deserved to be murdered for that, you deserve to be
bludgeoned to within a millimeter of your useless waste of a life, and then
see if you've enough upstairs to grasp the lesson.)
Quit attempting to inflict your personal psychoses upon those who dare to
dissent from your morbidly obese self-image.
That's what happens when you devote what's left of your brain to your
obsession. Sucks to be you, wot?
It isn't legal, so maybe you should shove your head back up your fat ass and
deal with the real world for once in your life. We're nowhere near getting
within a few thousand miles of even considering such an action, unless the
USA starts cranking out babies faster than China, and the probabilities of
that are not exactly high at all for obvious reasons...and if it gets to
that point, the game will have already been over, and there'll have been a
historical famine that will have wiped out a few hundred million of our own,
more than likely...and it won't confine itself to national boundaries.
> The war on abortion will go on until it stops. You get used to it.
I'll get used to seeing the details of your funeral, because you were too
stupid to prevent it.
You're a budding terrorist. Get your career done with, ASAP.

I'm not talking about the law. I'm talking about the English language,
you cretin!
I see the ambiguity, that's why I'm not deceived by it.
If you don't see it, you are the deceived one.
But, I think you do see it and are just a filthy liar.
