What is this assinine discussion about?  Someone says that pro life
posters do not belong on a.s.a?  Is this person the new internet thought
police?  The only person (unless names have changed) who has been
contributing to this newsgroup longer than myself is, the erstwhile, Ray
Fisher.  

Posters who do not support abortion can support the pregnant women who are
deciding if their child will have a future.  No comebacks Ray...I'll get
back to the subject at hand.

To isolate oneself with others of the same opinion can be stagnating. If
one is to remain sharp and always ready with a powerful and reasonable
answer/argument one must hone the instruments of GOOD debate.  Dig it?  

If we really care about our particular causes then we must know how the
adversary thinks.  Cava?

So many people are on the net now and they don't really know the rules
yet.  The rules are there are none.  If you don't like what a poster has
to say just kill file...filter those messages you choose not to see.  If
you are getting unwanted email then filter that also.  You can make your
computer put them in the trash without your never having involved yourself
in a band wasting, petty argument about unwanted email.

READ the header:  alt.support.abortion.  The charter makes clear that
anti-choice posts are not wanted.  What is so hard about not posting
Pro-Life posts on the Alt.support.abortion group?  EVERY other group's
charter allows Pro-Life posts.  Posting Pro-Life opinions on
alt.support.abortion is like posting binaries on non-binary groups; it is
not wanted.  THE whole reason for the header alt.support.abortion is so that
people going into that NG think they will get Pro-Choice, that is, non
Pro-Life, views.  This is not thought police.  This is organizing things so
that the title alt.support.abortion actually means something.  If you don't
like it, make a group called alt.oppose.abortion, specifically for
anti-choice people.  You don't see me posting at alt.flame.abortion; it's
not that hard to avoid posting posts on a group where they are
innapropriate.  Why don't you do the same thing and stop posting your

Anyway..I'm pro-life, I'm not a Christian. I'm a mother, and I dont like to
be lumped in with your comments on pro-lifers.
I dont care what you do, I'm not your judge or conscience.
I do have my *opinion* on abortion, I think it is a cowards way out and a
selfish reason if the women whines "it's going to mess all my hopes and
dreams, I have kids and it didn't mess up any of my plans.
In cases of rape or incest the woman should be able to do what she needs to
do.

Otherwise if you willingly lay down and spread your legs you know your taken
a chance and saying it's going to mess up my life if I get pregnant is not a
good enough reason to kill your baby.

I think it is not any of those excuses, it sounds like *some* women just
can't stand the thought of anyone but mostly men, telling them what to do.
So it is nothing but a power issue. that is not a good reason to kill your
baby, having a child is not the worst thing in the world. Maybe after the
one mistake, you might think sex is not worth the chance of unplanned
pregnancy.
There are always vibrators, dildo's and oral sex, to me you are
giving power to the man anyway when you let him stick it in you.
So go head and do what ever you want.

When a women gets a abortion just for a easy way out, she has no respect or
honor.
