Can't put it any more succintly than this:
"J, when a jackass like you wishes everybody a Merry xmas or Happy
Chanukah, we all know that you are just being a jackass. That your
salutations are spurious and fraught with ill intent is clearly
evidenced in this post of yours. When the target audience of your
specious greetings is made up of people you've time and again
demonstrated hatred of you can't be anymore transpicuous."

THE holiday actually being celebrated, whether religiously or not, the
one that actually occurs, is the winter solstice.
The intrusion of a birthday anniversary being celebrated when it is
KNOWN not to have occurred is merely the RC attempt to preempt a
non-xtain holiday that they could not manage to suppress.
RC's are notorious for that sort of trickery.
Why not?

The holiday being celebrated is almost totally the birth of the Lord Jesus.
When did the Jesus part of the Trinity come into existence?

Actually the Solstice has been religious holiday much longer than xmas.
Maybe you should find "west loop", as that's not an identity I respond to.
You don't decide religious holidays for anyone but your obnoxiously noisome
self. I don't forbid anyone to celebrate the holidays as they see fit.
You're the festering canker sore of an alt. group that, if moderated, would
have kicked you out long ago, for reasons obvious to everyone but you.

Not according to the bible. The whole of everything is only 12,000 years
old, give or take. I can't believe you'd contradict the word of gawd

Oh, and if you're celebrating the birth of the Christian savior, you're
doing it at the wrong time of year. That happened during the summer.

There was nobody around to celebrate any holidays back then.
And how do metaphorical last suppers, masses, precede by so many years
the actual, or at least alleged, last supper or first mass?

Actually, it was in the spring along with the other new lambs. But we still
celebrate his birthday on a date that corresponds to the lengthening daylight

Don't act stupid, west loop. Just don't stalk and we have no problems

I'm always open to discussion, but you don't want to hear the truth.
I never have, Bubba. (As in: all I know of your address is the city, and
that's all I know. I have better things to do when we pass through your
village, either having about 16 hours of driving time ahead of me or only
about four and a half left if we're headed the other direction.)

I know better than to fall for your "truth" that you can't get a coherent
grasp of. And so it goes.

Your notion of "truth" is that what you believe is true and what anyone
else believes damned well better agree.
But you only believe what you were told to believe as a child, i.e., you
were brainwashed.
I'll be the judge of your past shenanigans, west loop.

Like I said.

Mine are backed up.
...by nothing but unprovable assertions, per your SOP.

Almost totally one chance in 365 of being the birth of Jesus.

Try Feen-a-mint, or stewed prunes.
