3D office needed

I attempting to build a web based 3D office environment by importing a .3DS
or .OBJ/.MAT into AlternativaPlatform.com (a Flash 3D engine). I have taken
the Lynda.com tutorial for 3D Studio Max 9 but am still too noob.

Insofar as I just want to start with a very basic office (as top view below)
with minimal detail I would VERY much appreciate if someone could hack one
together (probably 5 min tops). If you can I hope/plan for it to lead to
paid work but I'm not in that position at the moment -- though I can/will
trade MySql or even moderate level flash/html work if desired.

Notably I want to be able to change the wall (color/texture), floor
(tile/carpet) and the desk, bookcases and picframes etc INSIDE FLASH so the
main thing from the 3D model is the matrices.

If you are hunting for something pre-built....

You might try browsing TurboSquid - there might be a freebie available.
Also you might dig through the ShareCG site for stuff.... there is a lot
of good stuff there...

If you want to spend a couple dollars - I just saw a complete office set
over on the DAZ 3D web site - on sale for under $8 if I remember right.
Course anything that you get there is going to be either in the Poser
file format or OBJ file format....
