I am looking for some challenging wifi networks to explore in wellington
- anyone have any ideas

Yes I am a fan. Moved to Auckland for business - from the states. Any
ideas in Auckland

You into wireless - I noticed that over 90% of the wireless networks in
NZ are secure. Much different than the states

Get a free copy, start with version 3. 4 is a bitch to learn.
Then start crackin those weps :-) even if the networks are NOT
broadcasting an ssid, Backtrack will find the mac addys of all
wifi's transmitting and scan all the channels permiscuosly.
Works best with a Athros chipset WiFi dongle.

Hell, you can even crack WPA2 networks if the router has
Wifi "Protected" Setup enabled. Just search for "reaver WPS crack", compile,
and have at it.
