UUUUps, I think my lack of expertise on the I-Grip made me replicate
the post. And NO, Viagra wouldn't help me learn faster. Finger
dexterity takes more that and the I-Girp is a challenge for every
user.
Because that looooong learning span I want to develop training
tutorials assited by voice (user selectable thit is ). Just any
software wouldn't do it since I have tested already many and those
have unrelated features to this device.
The I-Grip is more of a Hand Held Input Device and as such it has
other user demographics. I blog and it makes perfect sence for me
since I could do it even taking a shower (I might have stretched a
little here). I use severeal screens so moving fast from one to the
other is handled well with the I-Grip. With refinement this device
would have a good reception with professional bloggers.
There is even a niche in the visually impaired market but the TTS
software will have to be specialized (no use for the trackball or any
pointing device as we know it).
Voice inflection, vocal cues, synthesis and other factors have to be
tested/factored in for this specific device. Other cultures will find
it more appealing to imput written characters so a user interface will
develop for this independant from the OS.
It doesn't sound revolutionary right now but remember when DOS came
out and look at Vista now. It was driven by the neeeds from users to
make it....better !!! Revolution wont happen overnight. I am just
trying to make it easier to use with the help of other average users
like me.
I appreciate the usefull suggestions from everyone.
