Shift + Mouse Click seems to not work (and can't be remapped in WoW it
appears.) Is there any workaround?

Ctrl-Click works fine.

Try pressing and holding shift, then press and hold ctrl, and then mouse
click (Shift + Ctrl + MouseClick, in that order). We have reported this
problem to our manufacturer and are looking into the possibility of writing
a driver to fix this bug.
