These Pictures were taken today Sunday 22, November 2009.

These are the Dumpsters at Charlesview apartments on the Western ave side, across from the old VW car Dealership.

These Dumpsters have not been empty sense last week.

As you can see the trash is overflowing to the street and is a good place for "RATS TO EAT and Hide".

This problem is always on A consistent basis with the Charlesview Management.

As i can see it they can not even get the dumpster empty.
And they expect to manage the New Charlesview what A JOKE.
