Thank you for the additional info.  This seems like a really terrific=20
project.  I know that there has been some online chatter about this in=20
the last couple of days, but I think the additional information sets=20
aside the concerns that have been raised.  Particularly that this land=20
and fields will continue to be available for public use and not "locked=20
away" by Simmons.

It is a great example of a public private partnership for our=20
underfunded parks and will benefit Simmons, Brighton High, and the=20
greater community.  The fields are a mess, and renovations and=20
improvements should encourage far more use by the community.

It is an impressive collaboration by our elected officials, and thank=20
you all (author of the legislation Mike Moran, Kevin Honan, Jonathan=20
Hecht,
and Will Brownsberger) for your efforts.
