officials will close a section of Commonwealth Avenue between Harvard Avenue and Allston Street from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday. Green Line rail service of the MBTA will be interrupted from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. between Washington Street and Packards Corner.
