How do I download the App onto the Ipod

Hi,
I cannot find the app in App Store - can you please let me know how I
download it?

Currently there is a not a native app for the iPod, instead the
control interface is accessed through the web browser. To connect your
iPhone or iPod touch:

1. Download and run the Signal application on your computer.
2. Open Safari on your iPhone or iPod touch.
3. Tap on the address bar and enter the web address shown in the
Signal application window on your computer.
