I noticed when in iTunes and I click the list of available radio
stations, they show up on my smart phone when I select the library
option. But these only seems to happen in iTunes....is there a way to
browse radio stations directly from my Signal on my smart phone?

Unfortunately not. It's something that I would like to support, but
iTunes doesn't store any radio station information until the user
expands one of the station genres, and doesn't provide a way for
Signal do this automatically. If that ever changes I'll be sure to
look into it again.
