Hello Alembic users, thanks to your feedback we have another collection of

small but useful and important bug fixes.

Bug fixes:

Issue 291

Fix for some compile issues/warnings on Windows.

Issue 292

Hash keys are being computed incorrectly on Windows.

Some small CMake updates.

Fixed typo in OSubD::setHoles
