A minor heads-up and hello

Hello, Alembic community! This is just a brief message to let you
know that Alembic has been under continuous development, and we have
been actively engaging with users on the alembic-discussion list
(http://groups.google.com/group/alembic-discussion), which is open to
everyone. Since the release of the last beta, 0.9.2, the following
topics have been extensively discussed:

- Building Alembic on Windows
- The official Camera datatype in AbcGeom
- Status of the open-source Houdini plugins
- and more!

There's more to come, but this message is just to let you know that we
progress on Alembic has not ceased. We'd also like to reiterate the
existence of the discussion list, should you wish to have your voice
