Rails 3.1

Hi there.

I published a rails-3.1 branch.

Just pull it from origin.

Not working and some test are not passing.

I also created a 2.1 milestone for issues regarding this branch.

Today I played around a bit. Without assets it's not so hard. Some
issues with authlogic (requires the right version) and a tweak in the
css/js-tag-helper-methods do fine.

However, to use the "new" asset-pipeline (sprocket in other words) is
not that trivial. Since some kind of asset-treatment is already
implemented it needs detailed restructuring.

My local version is running fine in development mode at the moment, in
production mode there are issues with images and the former asset-
implementation.

I will take care of the assets thing.

Could you please fork our rails-3 branch and send pull requests with your fixes?
