SITE_NAME in config/general

Hello!

When I try to change SITE_NAME in config/general.yml to something in
Ukrainian it causes huge troubles. I can't even run rails-post-deploy
and if I change it after rails-post-deploy, I can't receive incoming
mail (local delivery fails). Can it be fixed somehow? (Of course we
could live with English site name, it's not that big deal but it's a
bit weird)

Okay, it's even lesser deal than it seemed initially. I'll just substitute something for {{site_name}} in views

Hi Natalie,

This definitely looks like a bug in the core Alaveteli code - I've ticketed it in github [1], and will take a look tomorrow to see how straightforward a fix it will be.

Hi Natalie,

I've done a hotfix update to the code in the master Alaveteli branch (tagged as 0.9.0.1) to get the fix for this issue, so it should be resolved now. Please give a shout if you still see problems.
