Since the incident in Boston and the intense media coverage of all that is happening.
Lets hope they catch the remaining terrorist without more loss of life.
I have noticed a few details that have emerged from various sources, LEOs, media, citezen interveiws and internet posts.
Think on these tidbits of info that have in some cases slipped out.
1. The bombs were planted in the Most Heavily Secured and survailed location in the city/ race route.
2. Within minutes of the blast all cell phone traffic was shut down, this was clearly stated by a Boston PD spokesman and reported by media and civilians.
3. There was then a report from the Cell Phone providers that they did not shut down the system and were not asked too. Local police used a cell jammer to do this, but later other spokesman denied it was done.
4. The Massechusets Govenor shut down the city and all public and private transportation, businesses were ordered to close and admit no one to there premises.
5. All residents of the city were ordered to stay indoors and off the street or be arrested.
6. Local, State, and Federal LEOs have surrounded the suburb of Watertown and locked down the city. Military Police have now been brought in with armored vehicales and blocked all roads out of city.
7. Police are currently moving in a skirmish line and searching house to house, removing residents while they physically search there homes and businesses. This is being done without lawfull warrents to search.
8. When the police confronted the suspects a gun battle ensued with bullets and grenades flying, video and witnesses show 100s of shots fired spraying the entire area with bullets, with complete disregard to bystanders, several residents have reported multiple round coming through walls and windows. It will be intresting to see the recoved bullets to see who was fireing and will the leos pay for the damage, also how many may have been killed by that gunfire that we havent heard about yet.

With all the coverage i have not heard anyone declare marshal law, but the actions of the state goverment are just that. They are afraid to use the words that will scare the public. But with the current restrictions on travel, and warrentless searches this is exactly what they have done.
Think on these events and what these actions could mean in the future.

Interesting stuff. I think the most egregious act from the Boston incidents is the fact that one "suspect" was killed, and the other was detained, interrogated, and denied his Miranda rights with literally zero physical evidence. Everything the FBI released that was taken as "proof" was about as substantiating as a steaming pile of you-know-what. Here's what we were shown:
-the suspect's high school picture
-images of the suspects leaving a convenience store
-images of the suspects at the Marathon

My point here is not to say that the suspects weren't guilty, but that they are just that: suspects. So unless there is some hard evidence very soon that implicates them to be directly involved, I see no reason that the state should declare martial law and deny them Constitutional Rights. Additionally, I think that the police state's reaction was unwarranted, unprecedented, and overblown. Last year in my hometown (Grand Rapids, MI), we had a gunman go on a three-plus hour rampage through our downtown, across our highways and through multiple neighborhoods before locking himself in a house with four hostages. By the end of the altercation, seven people had been killed. Seven dead, and the story didn't break local news. Further, the police response was adequate but quailed in comparison to Boston: several police cruisers in pursuit, one helicopter, and that was it. **Importantly, there were also news helicopters that could relay the story live, whereas Boston was declared a "No-fly" zone, meaning only military/police helicopters could take to the skies** What is really curious is the drastic response in Boston: literally thousands of police officers, SWAT, FBI, and National Guard members; police dogs, machine guns, bomb squads, armed helicopters (with infrared cameras), and tanks!?! All of this to catch one teenager, who was, according to official reports in the news, already shot multiple times in a previous altercation?

I don't intend to accuse any particular party with these comments, only to stimulate discussion and further interrogation of these events.

I strongly feel they have the wrong people in custody. I beleive those brothers were setup. I beleive the entire event was staged creating a false flag. A false flag to advance gun restrictions beyond guns, off the shelf ammo, and include the art of reloading as well. Stripping all angles of "gun" related rights from the people and disarming them for the next phase of tyranny, MARTIAL LAW. I beleive watertown was a trial run to see how "the people" would react to Martial law. A so far sucessful mission for Obama. ALL Current bills, executive orders, & actions placed over the last couple years have done nothing but strip our rights. If we allow him to revoke our 2nd ammendment rights, we all may as well kiss every ammendment goodbye... because without the 2nd... we cant protect the rest. God Bless each an Every one of you and see you soon as we look into satans eye an take our country back.

You know the funny thing is that a lot of people knew something was going to happen on the 15th I have been telling my stepson that North Korea would do something on that day although I was wrong it was funny to me that something did happen it was almost like a tangible thing you could see in the air That I was able to feel. I was totally off base with North Korea but the fact that something did happen makes one wonder.

My theory, Criss Kyle wasn't willing to commit The Craft to the operation and was eliminated to make room for a more willing merc.
