could make this year are L.S.U. and/or Miss. ST. I would be forever grateful
to anyone who knew of a couple of tickets to either or both games. I would

We tied in the football contest. I got all the high school games
right (and there were two upsets). We only missed two in
the college games: Louisville and Colorado State (who knew?)
They calculate the winner in the tie-breaker by point spread.
The other winning entry picked 21-17 (4 points, which was
the spread in the game 26-22).
Unfortunately, the other entry gets the coin. But heck, let's
do this every week. I know we can win at least one or two.

I've already sent Curley a pic of John Floyd. I hadn't thought
about sending a clan pic ... I'm like you guys ... I've been
trying to find one that wouldn't make me mad if I sent it in. :-)
We just had a clan pic made at church. If Malinda will let
me (you have to get permission around here for things such
as this) I'll scan it an send it in.
Curley suggested that John Floyd should be in the Bama
section by himself. He would, of course, be in our clan
pic. I swear ... you guys (and Anne) are going to get JF
so far gone I can't get him back.
Soon as I get mama's permission, if I get mama's permission,
I'll send it.

Miss Malinda got the proof back on the clan shot we had made
at church. She has officially approved the use of her image.
(I don't think she was ever really concerned with what the rest of
us looked like). Anyway, we don't have a scanner, so as soon
as I can get it scanned I'll send it in.
BTW, JF is picking the Tide over Houston 24 -7. (His favorite
number is 24).
