In the Name of Allaah, the Beneficent, the Bestower of Mercy

as-Salaamu  alaykum wa Rahmatullaahi wa Barakaatuh.

I ask Allaah for this e-mail to reach you while you and your family are in
the highest level of Eemaan and in the best of health and circumstance.

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Islaam! As most of you know by now that our
Noble Shaykh Falaah bin Ismaa eel Mundakaar   Hafizahullaah   is supervising
and overseeing our 1st Legislative & Educational Seminar. Therefore, he, may
Allaah preserve him, has this message to the students who have already
registered and those who are intending to do so. To hear his message, please

Below is the message:

 In the name of Allaah, and all praise belongs to Allaah. May salutation and
blessing be bestowed upon the Messenger of Allaah and those that follow him.
To proceed:

We, tonight, are in the first night of Shawwaal, in the year 1430 after the
Hijrah, which is in alignment with the 20th of September, 2009, according to
the Gregorian calendar.

[This is] a discussion concerning the seminar that the brothers here are
intending, while coordinating and organizing with Ma had-ul-Furqan in
America, which is being supervised by the two noble Brothers, Brother
Muhammad Nazeeh and Brother Mustafaa al-Amreekee, since they, may Allaah
reward them with excellence, have desired and requested from us and from
some of the brothers who are from the people of righteousness here in
Kuwait, to hold an intensive academic seminar for them.

Many of the brothers from amongst the virtuous Mashaayikh have agreed to it.
They are the elite from amongst our brothers, the Students of Knowledge and
Mashaayikh who have graduated from the Islamic Universities of these lands.
The foremost of them is Shaykh Saalim bin Sa d at-Taweel, Doctor Hamad bin
Ibraaheem al- Uthmaan, Doctor Hamad bin Muhammad al-Haajiree, and Doctor
Aboo Salaah Muhammad Hishaam. Furthermore, the one speaking with you now
will also participate in this seminar, your brother, Falaah bin Ismaa eel.
We are participating in and overseeing this seminar.

And we hope from Allaah, the Blessed, the Exalted, to grant us success, to
guide us to that which is correct, and that we give something to the
brothers, who will come and attend from their lands to Kuwait.

I also ask Allaah, the Mighty, the Majestic, to grant them success, to
benefit them, to bring about benefit through them, to record this journey of
theirs as a journey in the quest for knowledge, and to bring about a revival
through them and through this first group that is intending to attend this
seminar. And it is the first seminar in cooperation with Ma had-ul-Furqan in
America.

It is the first seminar of this institute, and it is also the first seminar
that the brothers here, as well as the Mashaayikh, will be holding in order
to teach the beneficial and essential sciences from the perspective of the
[Arabic] Language, from the perspective of the  Aqeedah (Creed), from the
perspective of Tafseer, from the perspective of Hadeeth, and from the
perspective of Fiqh so that they can return, by the permission of Allaah,
Students of Knowledge and Du aat (Callers) for their lands.

I also hope that this will open a door or open an incredible door of
excellence in encouraging the youth and the brothers that have the ability
to attend and those who their attendance and travel has been facilitated for
them. I ask Allaah to bless these efforts, and to accept it from us and
them.
