I tried to make an AKT file using Unicode Code poibts for Avestan (U
+10B00 ff.) but I couldnot make it.
I.e. although the AKT file had been compiled the resulting AKM file
didn't work as expected.
Is this due to Microsoft's uniscribe usp10.dll Version
1.626.6002.18005 or to the fact that Aksharamala can not yet work with
Unicode Ranges bigger than U+FFFF?
I'll add my
avestan.akt file (it's just a test file using only some code points)
for testing purposes.

Any suggestions and recommendations are welcomed.
Regards,
Ernst Tremel

This sounds very likely due to aksharamala not supporting ranges beyond 0xffff.
