Hey all,

I am trying to get a video clip off a newspaper website... Download helper, even the "record  my desktop" is yielding no results. If anybody can point me in the right direction of a tool that can solve this issue I would appreciate it.

Also, when i hover/press the record button on download helper (record my desktop) it highlights the box that contains the video, a dialog box pops up and says invalid capture file.

Would you be willing to let us know the URL of the page you're trying to access?  With that info, we might be able to track down a bit more info on how the file is being shared.  I assume it's some type of Flash player embedded into the page, but the file that the Flash player is being served is what we need to find in order to help you download the file.
