Spencer Knoll

Spencer Knoll is a member of the Frederick County Young Democrats. He has lived in Frederick County all his life, and will graduate from Urbana High School this fall. He is a member of Urbana’s Fed Challenge Team and has focused his studies on macroeconomics and monetary policy.

During the 2008 election Spencer volunteered for Democrat Jennifer Dougherty's Maryland sixth district Congressional campaign.

Spencer currently works in construction, landscaping and renovation. He also volunteers with various political campaigns and with Frederick County’s Teen Court Program.
