Elizabeth Plant is the Vice President of the Frederick Young Democrats. She has lived in Frederick for almost 20 years, and attended Governor Thomas Johnson High School, graduating in 2003. After TJ, she attended Mount St. Mary's University, graduating in 2007 with a degree in Fine Arts with a concentration in Theatre. While at the Mount she became very involved in campus activities, including the Student Government Association, Campus Life Committee, Admissions Office and Campus Ministry.
During the 2008 election Elizabeth volunteered for Democrat Jennifer Dougherty's Maryland sixth district Congressional campaign, serving on the Events and Publications committees. She also helped coordinate the road rally weekend prior to the election.
She currently works for SRA International, in the Global Health Sector as a Review Technical Assistant. In addition to the Frederick Young Democrats, she is actively involved in the Frederick Chapter of the Mount St. Mary's Alumni Association and Young Alumni Committee.
