About Data from Excel

When a parameter, such as Cluster(j), should be read from different
Excel file. Because Cluster(j) might have different continuous data
chunks, which are stored in different Excel file. I have looked up all
the documents about AIMMS, none of them say how to tackle this
sitution. Who will help me?

Hi,

it is not completely clear to me what the problem is. It is not a problem to read from multiple Excel files, as with each of the Excel functions in AIMMS you have to provide the workbook that needs to be used with this call as an argument.

Regarding different continuous data chunks, do you mean that you do not always know the sizes of the ranges that need to be read? If this is the problem, I have written a post about this on the AIMMS blog: Determine consecutive range in excel.

If this is not your problem, could you please explain a bit more what your problem exactly is?
