of discussion at United Nations Headquarters, leading up to the celebration
on 10 December 2008 of the 60th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration
of Human Rights. The series is intended to provide a constructive, open
forum to examine & debate new issues, actors, approaches, challenges
and opportunities impacting on the realization of our human rights.
