GENERAL AHPOA MEETING

 

Our next homeowners meeting will be held on Saturday, April 21, at 10 a.m. at the Korean Presbyterian Church’s Worship Hall.  The church is located at 16796 E Davenport Rd, Winter Garden.  Topics to be discussed include:

 

• Orange County Property Appraiser Bill Donegan will be there to talk about appraisals and property taxes.

• Lake County Commissioner Sean Parks will talk about a Sector Plan Study being done on the proposed extension of New Independence Parkway through to U.S. 27.  Even if you are not a member of our Association, we encourage you to attend this informative presentation to inform you of potential development that could impact you and your neighbors. 

• David Rathbun, Division Chief Operations, Orange County Fire Rescue in reference to responding to a call in our rural area and issues with GPS.

• Jane Ferguson will speak on the outcome of the proposed taxing for the clean-up of Lake Avalon.

• Election of officers

• Treasurer’s report

• Various updates - Code Enforcement, Rex Road grading, Conserv II's expansion of Rib site 2, the sale of Orange County National, and Winter Garden's tie ins to reclaimed water.
