Ellis well drilling, look them up, I think they are in Apopka now.  If your in an EDB area, there are only a handful that are licensed to do EDB.

Try calling Jim Allen on 407-877-8585 or 352-242-5000. He lives on Davenport Road and I have always found him very helpful when I have had problems with my well. If he can't help you maybe he can recommend someone who can.
