dear doctor dayakar,
this is with refference to your mail,
you did not object when others have been regularly using this group
mail for amen solutions workshops sent to members.you did not object
when several other workshops are informed through our group mail.
i have no where mis used the ahha logo, or my position in ahha for
promoting my organization. you are aware thar parirakshana is a
pioneer in the country in organising workshops in biomedical waste
management for 1 decade.
what about several workshops conducted at different places in india
beinig circulated to ahha memebers?
this brochure is also circulated in the same way like any other
workshop information.
only to facilitate ahha members who are working in different hospitals
to make use of it for thier paramedical staff.
yopu seems to be prjudiced against some people and not fair to every body?
what great loss to AHHA WILL occur when one of its memebrs continues
with his prfosseional activity which he is doining for 13 years?
you are aware that parirakshana is a registred NGO working in this
field for last 13 years. parirakshana is known in the country for
biomedical waste management.and if you people feel that i should not
continue with my activities and close down parirakshana to protect the
interests of AHHA I WOULD LIKE TO RESIGN FROM THE ahha SECRETARY POST
WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
THANKING YOU,
DRAVRATNAM

Dear Dr Ratnam

I must keep the record straight for benefit of postewrity as well as all members of AHHA.
When you first put the news of the workshop thru AHHA group , I did not object. I also confirmed from you in person whether you are doing it in collaboration with AHHA. You had reiterated to me that it was purely Parirakshana activity.and as a matter of fact you requested me to engage a session which I regretfully declined stating that you are the authority on BMW.

But yesterday that is on 25th Apr your email subject headinhg was

ahha_india workshop on biomedical waste management on 29-4-2012

This is in variance with what you confirmed to me in person on 20 Apr at EXPOTEL. Hence my mail of 25th on this matter.
I wish you all the best in your personal and your organisational endeavours.

Let me assure you and all members that I have nothing against you as General Secretary of AHHA.
If memory is not faded , it is me who  proposed your name as GS. and strongly pursued it.
With Regards,
Prof(Lt Col) Dayakar Thota,psc,

Drear All,

Dr. Ratnam should have not reacted this much aggressively, OK fine a mistake is happened, though the mistake is not intentional but in good faith to promote the knowledge, but sometimes we cannot see the other side of the image when we are more enthusiastic in any particular issue.

Dr. Dayakar is a senior patron of AHHA and if he finds some deviations in AHHA alleyway he tried to regulate it and his objective also not unpleasant.

The issue is we should learn to tolerate each other, doing mistake is human, correcting mistake and not repeating it is also human and more to this doing things together with much difficulties also human.

The thing is we should have broad vision, tolerance, patience and team spirit. No one should resign for small issues and no one should make it a big point.

Now we understood the things and this discussion should be close at this point.

Dear All,
I have gone through some previous mails posted in our group. All of them carry ahha_india as prefix to the subject. So, I checked emails from others groups that I am member of,they also have the groups name as the prefix in the subject line. It seems to be a default setting for all emails send via groups.
All senior members should exercise restraint while commenting or replying/ reacting to the groups. Please keep doing the good work you are all doing.

Best regards
Dr Amnish R
