Ok.. I swear, I am not trying to get anybody to do my homework for me or help me cheat in anything I am getting any sort of credit for anywhere.  I am not even enrolled in any classes.  I just thought I should start there since I have seen many forum posts on the internet that get 'answered' with 'do your own homework' and many rightly so.

I am very slowly going through an old EE textbook by myself, reading the chapters studying 'flashcards' in Anki and doing all the problems in the book.  Right now I am stuck on the last problem in a chapter.

Is anyone oout there good at things involving voltage vs current and temperature in a diode and the Ideal Diode Equation? I wrote up the problem, what I have done and what the book says I should get at http://unforgettability.net/files/random/prob2.37.html.  There are no ads, malware or spam there. I just put it on the webpage because I didn't want to try to send all those sub/superscripts, greek characters, etc... in an email.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Leif
